Job Description:

As a Principal Associate you will form an invaluable part of the business working on an allocated team, running your own desk. You will provide a consultative approach to both candidates and clients, advising on the current market, salary benchmarks and industry activity.

Your primary focus will be in line with sales based activities, including; new business generation, maintaining existing client relationships and contact, canvas calls, client calls, identifying and following up new business leads and opportunities, writing job specifications and networking with candidates and clients.

You will also be working closely with an allocated resourcer to help identify, source and select candidates to shortlist for your client vacancy requirements. You will provide your resourcer with feedback and guidance throughout this process, to ensure that only the best candidates are selected and put forward to our clients.

A typical week will include; taking speculative calls, aftercare and service calls to new and existing candidates and clients, attending candidate and client meetings, writing and sending mail shots, headhunting talent, approaching candidates  and clients via telephone, email and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn), reference checks, qualifying client job specifications, attending team strategy meetings and meeting your agreed targets.

Training will be provided throughout your journey with us and is continuous at all levels to ensure you become a specialist in your field. Your training will be provided via internal and external sources, including sessions conducted by previous clients who still work closely with us as a business. 

Your development and growth is just as important to us as it is to you. You will be set targets upon joining us; these will outline your promotional criteria over the next 6-12 months.



You will be responsible for the Technical Administration desk, a dual desk covering both permanent and temporary positions offering clients secretarial and administration support within London and the surrounding Home Counties.

Technical administration and office support roles include; Office Managers, Office Coordinators, Personal Assistants, Administrators, Secretaries, Document Controllers, and Receptionists.

Although forming part of the Fit Out & Refurbishment team, with core clients falling under workplace Design and Build, you will cover the appropriate roles across the business in its entirety.



• Hours: Monday-Friday, 0745-1800

• Nearest Stations: Bank, Monument and Cannon Street

• Basic Salary:  Up to £37,500-£40,000 dependent on billing (with an optional 6-12 month guarantee on previous earnings)

• Commission: No threshold, uncapped (up to 30%, with quarterly consistency bonus)

• Year 1 Billing Target: £150,000

• Opportunity to earn commission on team billings as well as individual billings once established
